Illinois Service Resource Center

ISRC provides training, technical assistance and resources for parents and educators of students who have a hearing loss and behavioral/emotional challenges. The Illinois Service Resources Center is the coordination center of a wide variety of services tailored specifically for children who are deaf or hard of hearing and exhibit behavioral, emotional or mental challenges.

The goal of ISRC is to:

Promote access acceptance and growth for children who are deaf or hard of hearing and are emotionally/behaviorally challenged.
